Job summary

Atlantic Constructors, Inc. in Fredericksburg, VA seeks a QA/QC Manager to lead the quality program for a major commercial project.

You will supervise inspections, manage documentation, and drive continuous improvement through field engagement and collaboration with project stakeholders. Responsibilities include coordinating with superintendents, foremen, and third-party reviewers, training field personnel, and ensuring compliance with codes and project specs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 57 years of QA/QC experience in commercial construction.
• Proficiency in Procore or similar construction management software.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and inspection protocols.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• OSHA 30 and/or USACE CQM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead inspection efforts across trades and document findings.
• Maintain QA/QC logs and reports in accordance with specs.
• Coordinate with superintendents, PMs and subcontractors to ensure quality.
• Train field personnel on QA/QC procedures and expectations.
• Review material certifications, welding qualifications, and test reports.
