Atlantic Constructors is seeking a QA/QC Manager to implement and manage the quality program for a high-profile commercial project on-site in Fredericksburg, VA. You will lead inspection efforts, maintain documentation, and drive continuous improvement through field collaboration with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of QA/QC experience in commercial construction, proficiency with Procore, and strong knowledge of construction methods and materials.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of QA/QC experience in commercial construction
• Procore or similar construction management software proficiency
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and inspection protocols
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead QA/QC inspections and document results across trades
• Maintain comprehensive QA/QC logs and reports
• Coordinate with superintendents, project managers and subcontractors to meet quality standards
• Review and verify material certifications, welding qualifications and test reports
