Job summary

BUNNELL LAMMONS ENGINEERING is seeking a Project Manager - Construction Quality Assurance to oversee inspection, testing, and compliance on complex construction projects. You'll manage teams of inspectors and technicians, ensuring adherence to contract documents, specs, codes, and the BLE CQA Plan.

Responsibilities include reviewing QA documentation, coordinating with owners, contractors, and design teams, and delivering status updates and final QA reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil/Construction Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Expertise in IBC, ASTM, ACI, DOT, and municipal standards.
• Broad knowledge of earthwork, concrete, asphalt, masonry, steel, and foundations.
• Strong technical report writing and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to travel for site visits and manage multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee quality assurance across multiple projects.
• Review submittals, shop drawings, and manufacturer quality control data.
• Ensure daily schedules, budgets, and quality requirements are met.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, designers, and owners.
• Mentor inspection teams and promote safety and technical excellence.
