Job summary

Bunnell-Lammons Engineering, Inc. (BLE) is seeking a Project Manager for Construction Quality Assurance to oversee inspection, testing, and compliance programs on complex projects.

You will lead inspectors and technicians, coordinating with contractors, design professionals, owners, and stakeholders to ensure conformance with contract drawings and specifications. You will review QA documentation, manage geosynthetics testing and lab results, prepare status updates, and certify project completion

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management.
• Expertise in International Building Code (IBC), ASTM, ACI, DOT, and applicable municipal standards.
• Broad knowledge of construction processes, including earthwork, concrete, asphalt, masonry, structural steel, and foundations.
• Strong technical report writing and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Master and apply industry standards, codes, and inspection protocols to ensure quality compliance.
• Analyze testing results, reports, and project documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain high attention to detail and precision in all inspections, reporting, and corrective actions.
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills to address complex quality issues proactively.
