ATI, Inc. in Lexington, KY is seeking a Senior Construction Representative to supervise government construction projects, review plans and QA/QC documentation, and coordinate field activities. The role requires extensive experience with code compliance and project oversight.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years in construction contract administration.
• Knowledge of Life Safety Code NFPA 101, NEC NFPA 70, IPC, and Fire Protection NFPA 13 & 72.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; US citizenship.
• Current OSHA 30 and EM 385-1-1 experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide construction management and administrative support for government projects.
• Review quality control, safety, environmental, scheduling and PM plans for contract compliance.
• Conduct daily QA inspections and prepare Quality Assurance Reports (QARs).
• Verify site conditions, materials, and workmanship per plans and specs.
• Coordinate QA testing and commissioning for civil, structural, mechanical and electrical systems.
• Attend project meetings and track action items and deficiencies.
