Qualifications

• Ability to review contractor plans, schedules, QC and safety documentation.
• US citizenship and ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering and administrative support for construction project execution and contract administration.
• Review contractor plans, documentation, QC, safety, and environmental requirements; prepare recommendations.
• Attend preconstruction and progress meetings; maintain records and minutes.
• Perform QA inspections and review QC reports; document test results and issues.
• Coordinate permits, testing, and scheduling; track RFIs, submittals, and changes.
• Prepare change orders and cost analyses; support project closeout.
