The role focuses on providing technical and administrative support, reviewing plans and submittals, and coordinating QA/QC, safety, and testing.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in construction contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and administrative support for construction project execution and contract administration.
• Review contractor plans and documentation; prepare recommendations on compliance and acceptance.
• Attend preconstruction meetings, quality control meetings, progress reviews, and distribute minutes.
• Perform quality assurance inspections and surveillance of QC and safety programs; review QC reports.
