Job summary

Accura Engineering & Consulting Services, Inc. seeks a Senior Construction Representative for the Old Hickory Turbine Generator Rehabilitation Project.

The role focuses on construction quality assurance, inspection, and contract compliance on a federally funded site, with daily QA reporting and RMS documentation. Qualifications

• Minimum of fifteen years of quality control/quality assurance experience on construction projects.
• USACE or other federal project experience preferred.
• Experience interpreting construction plans and reviewing as-built drawings.
• Knowledge of EM 385-1-1 (USACE Safety and Health Requirements) and OSHA Construction Regulations (29 CFR 1926).

Responsibilities

• Inspect on-going construction on-site and review contractor reports and test results.
• Independently inspect complex civil construction activities requiring specialized knowledge.
• Ensure contractor work conforms to schedule and contract documents including safety regulations.
• Review daily quality control reports and maintain documentation of control operations.
• Attend QA preparatory and initial inspections and input daily QA reports within 24 hours.
• Maintain tracking of deficiencies, RFIs, and corrective actions.
• Participate in technical reviews, meetings, and risk assessments.
