Job summary
Accura Engineering and Consulting Services, Inc. seeks a Sr. Construction Representative to perform quality assurance, inspection, and contract compliance for a federally funded rehabilitation project in Hendersonville, TN.
The role requires independent inspection of complex civil work, reviewing QC documentation, and ensuring conformance with EM 385-1-1 and OSHA regulations. Responsibilities include daily QA inspections, RMS input, travel for site inspections, and participation in safety
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; 15+ years QC/QA on construction projects.
- Experience with USACE or other federal projects preferred.
- Knowledge of EM 385-1-1 and OSHA regulations (29 CFR 1926).
- Perform field inspections and review QA reports for deficiencies.
Responsibilities
- Inspect ongoing construction on site and review contractor reports.
- Ensure work complies with schedule, plans, specs, and safety regs.
- Maintain QA records and RMS input; track deficiencies and RFIs.
- Attend meetings and assist in QA/QC coordination.
- Prepare daily reports and support risk management for lifts.
