Job summary

Accura Engineering & Consulting Services, Inc. seeks a Senior Construction Representative to provide QA, inspection, and contract compliance for a federally funded project.

You will inspect complex civil construction activities, review QC docs, attend safety reviews, and document daily progress in RMS, ensuring compliance with EM 385-1-1 and OSHA regs. Minimum 15 years QA/QC on construction, USACE or federal project experience preferred; welding, machining, or industrial construction knowledge

Qualifications

• 15+ years of QA/QC on construction projects.
• USACE or federal project experience preferred.
• Experience in welding, machining, and/or industrial construction.
• Ability to interpret construction plans and review as-built drawings.
• OSHA 29 CFR 1926 knowledge and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Inspect ongoing construction through on-site visits and review of contractor reports and tests.
• Independently inspect complex civil construction activities with technical expertise.
• Ensure work complies with schedule, plans, specs, and safety regulations.
• Review daily QC reports and verify documentation and corrective actions.
• Maintain tracking for deficiencies, RFIs, and daily QA logs.
• Attend inspections, meetings, and risk management discussions.
