You will inspect complex civil construction, ensure contractor compliance with EM 385-1-1 and OSHA, and document daily activities in RMS. The role involves independent field inspections, review of QC reports, and coordination with USACE and contractor teams to maintain schedule and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 15 years of quality control/assurance experience on construction projects.
• US Citizenship; background and drug screening required.
• OSHA 30 Certification preferred.
• USACE/federal project experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect ongoing construction on-site and review reports.
• Ensure work complies with schedule, plans, specs, and safety regs.
• Document daily activities in USACE RMS.
• Attend QA/QC and safety reviews and meetings.
• Review QC reports and assist in corrective actions.
