Job summary

Accura Engineering & Consulting Services, Inc. seeks a Senior Construction Representative to oversee QA, inspection, and contract compliance on a federally funded project.

You will independently inspect complex civil work, monitor contractor performance, and ensure adherence to EM 385‑1‑1, OSHA, and contract requirements. Responsibilities include on-site inspections, reviewing QC reports, tracking deficiencies, attending coordination meetings, and maintaining daily RMS entries.

Qualifications

• Fifteen years quality control/assurance on construction projects.
• USACE or federal project experience preferred.
• Ability to interpret construction plans and specs.

Responsibilities

• Inspect on-site construction and review contractor reports.
• Ensure work complies with contract plans, specs and safety requirements.
• Document daily QA activities and deficiencies for RMS records.
• Attend quality-assurance meetings and provide input to QARs.
