Job summary

Accura Engineering and Consulting Services, Inc. seeks a Sr. Construction Representative to lead quality assurance and inspection for a federally funded project in Hendersonville, TN.

You will review contractor reports, ensure compliance with EM 385-1-1 and OSHA regulations, and document daily activities in RMS. The role requires extensive QC/QA experience on construction projects, with preferred USACE/federal project background.

Qualifications

• Minimum of fifteen (15) years of quality control or quality assurance experience on construction projects.
• US Army Corps of Engineers or other federal project experience preferred.
• Experience welding, machining, or industrial construction and field inspections.
• Interpretation of construction plans, specs, and as-built drawings.
• OSHA 30 Certification and EM 385-1-1 knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Inspect on-going construction on-site and review contractor reports and test results.
• Independently inspect complex civil construction activities and monitor contractor performance.
• Ensure work complies with schedule, plans, specifications, safety regulations, and contract documents.
• Review daily QC reports and verify documentation of QC processes.
• Maintain RMS input and track deficiencies, RFIs, and corrective actions.
• Attend QA preparatory and initial inspections and participate in risk management and progress reviews.
