Accura Engineering in Louisville, KY seeks a Senior Construction Representative for the Old Hickory Turbine Generator Rehabilitation Project. You will lead quality assurance, inspections, and contract compliance on a federally funded program, ensuring safety and conformance with EM 385-1-1 and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities include on-site inspections, reviewing QC documentation, coordinating with contractors, and maintaining RMS records.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of fifteen (15) years of quality control or quality assurance experience on construction projects.
• USACE or other federal project experience preferred.
• Experience in welding, machining, and/or industrial construction.
• Interpreting construction plans, specs and as-built drawings.
• Knowledge of EM 385-1-1 and OSHA construction regulations.
• OSHA 30 Certification and a valid driver’s license.

Aufgaben

• Inspect ongoing construction through on-site visits and review reports and tests.
• Independently inspect complex civil construction activities with technical expertise.
• Ensure contractor work complies with schedules, plans and safety regulations.
• Review daily QC reports and verify documentation and deficiencies.
• Maintain RMS daily logs and issue QA observations and follow-ups.
• Attend quality assurance reviews and technical coordination meetings.
• Provide daily QA inspections and surveillance of the contractor’s QC program.
• Manage RFIs, deficiencies tracking, and progress documentation.
