Accura Engineering is seeking a Senior Construction Representative to support the Old Hickory Turbine Generator Rehabilitation Project in Hendersonville, TN. The role provides construction quality assurance, inspection, and contract compliance services on a federally funded project.

You will inspect complex civil construction activities, monitor contractor performance, review QC documentation, participate in safety reviews, and document daily activities in RMS to ensure adherence to contract

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 15 years of QA/QC experience on construction projects.
• USACE or federal project experience preferred.
• Experience in welding, machining, and/or industrial construction.
• Interpreting construction plans and reviewing as-built drawings.
• OSHA 30 Certification and valid driver’s license.

Aufgaben

• Inspect on-site construction to verify workmanship against plans and specs.
• Monitor contractor performance and review daily QC reports.
• Ensure compliance with EM 385-1-1, OSHA regulations, and contract requirements.
• Attend QA preparatory and initial inspections and document findings in RMS.
• Verify site location, layout, and elevations before start of work.
• Maintain tracking of deficiencies, RFIs, and safety-related issues.
• Occasionally attend offsite fabrication inspections and multi-day site travels.
