Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of fifteen (15) years of quality control or quality assurance experience on construction projects.
• USACE or other federal project experience preferred.
• Experience in welding, machining, and/or industrial construction.
• Interpreting construction plans and reviewing as-built drawings.
• Knowledge of EM 385-1-1 and OSHA Construction Industry Regulations (29 CFR 1926).
• OSHA 30 Certification.
• Valid Driver's License.

Aufgaben

• Inspect ongoing construction through on-site visits and review contractor reports.
• Independently inspect complex civil construction activities.
• Ensure work complies with schedule, plans, specs and safety regulations.
• Review daily QC reports and document deficiencies and corrections.
• Provide daily QA inspection and surveillance of QC program.
• Attend QA inspections and input to RMS QAR.
• Verify site location, layout, and elevations before start.
• Maintain tracking for deficiencies and RFIs.
