Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead assigned programs within a capital budget range and collaborate with the sponsor to define scope, plans and budgets. You will coordinate day‑to‑day sponsor and stakeholder communications and guide a team of program managers and coordinators.

Responsibilities

• Communicate Program requirements from Sponsor to stakeholders and vendors; manage full lifecycle from concept to execution.
• Maintain frequent contact with Sponsor; manage expectations and promote client satisfaction and revenue growth.
• Utilize CVS Health tools to maintain project lists, milestones and deadlines per standards.
• Define scope, develop project plans, create budgets, and lead sponsor/stakeholder communication.
