Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead programs from concept to execution with defined scope, schedule and budget. You will coordinate with the sponsor and manage day-to-day communications with stakeholders and vendors, guiding teams of program managers and coordinators.

Ideal candidates bring deep program management expertise, strong leadership, and proficiency with Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint and other Office tools.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of Program/Project Management processes and tools.
• Familiarity with design and construction best practices and processes.
• Ability to excel and lead others in a fast paced, high pressure environment.
• Ability to adapt to change and shift priorities to meet objectives.
• Ability to inform and influence stakeholders at various levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Advanced skill set with software applications: Excel MS Project PowerPoint Word Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Communicate Program requirements from the Sponsor to stakeholders and vendors.
• Actively manage the full lifecycle of Programs from concept to execution.
• Maintain frequent contact with the Sponsor, manage expectations and promote client satisfaction and revenue growth.
• Utilize planning tools to maintain project lists, milestones and deadlines per CVS Health standards.
• Define scope, develop project plans, budgets, and lead coordination with sponsors and stakeholders.
