Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead complex initiatives across Retail, Supply Chain and healthcare segments. You will serve as the main liaison among internal teams, consultants, contractors, developers, and agencies to deliver projects aligned with CVS Health objectives.

Responsibilities include managing full project lifecycles, budgets up to $50M, and coordinating cross-functional teams to meet schedules, quality, and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible construction project management experience.
• Experience managing multiple large-scale construction projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, project delivery systems, estimating, budgeting, contract administration, and permitting processes.
• Experience managing capital and expense budgets and delivering projects within approved financial targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of construction projects, including planning, design coordination, budgeting, permitting, bidding, contract administration, construction oversight, reporting, and closeout.
• Lead new construction, expansion, relocation, and remodel projects of varying scope and complexity.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, budgets, and forecasts for successful delivery.
• Conduct site visits, progress reviews, punch walks, and final inspections to ensure CVS Health standards and requirements.
• Manage project risks and proactively resolve issues impacting budget, schedule, quality, or operations.
