Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, execution, and closeout of new construction, expansions, relocations, and remodels across multiple business units. You will manage budgets from $10M to $50M, drive schedules, and align with stakeholders to ensure quality and regulatory compliance.

The role requires collaboration with Real Estate, Operations, Facilities, Finance, Procurement, and other partners, delivering projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or related field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible construction project management experience.
• Experience managing multiple large-scale construction projects simultaneously.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders without direct reporting authority.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Project, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, execute, and close out new construction, expansions, relocations, and remodel projects.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
• Lead contractor bidding, proposals evaluation, and award recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulatory requirements, and CVS Health standards.
• Present project budgets and schedules to leadership teams.
