Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager based in the United States (Virginia) to lead healthcare facility programs, including new builds, renovations and infrastructure upgrades. You will manage scopes, schedules and budgets, coordinating with architects, engineers, facility managers and clinical staff to ensure readiness and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years relevant experience
• Deep knowledge of Program/Project Management processes and tools
• Familiarity with design and construction best practices and processes
• Ability to excel and lead others in a fast paced, high pressure environment
• Ability to adapt to change and shift priorities in order to meet objectives
• Ability to inform and influence stakeholders of various levels
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• PMP certification
• Warehouse/Distribution Center construction experience
• Advanced experience with Web-Based applications such as: Tririga, SAP, Ariba, PeopleSoft

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction projects for healthcare facilities, including new construction, renovations, expansions, and infrastructure upgrades.
• Develop and manage construction project budgets, ensuring cost estimates, and tracking project expenses.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, facility managers, and clinical staff, to gather requirements, ensure alignment, and address operational needs during the construction process.
• Coach other colleagues in construction management techniques, building codes, ongoing processes, and regulatory responsibilities.
• Utilize CVS Health tools to maintain Project lists and pipelines, communicate milestones and deadlines.
