Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead planning, coordination, execution and closeout of new construction, expansions, relocations and remodels across CVS Health business units in a fast-paced environment.

You will partner with Real Estate, Operations, Facilities, Finance and Procurement to define scope, schedules and budgets, while ensuring adherence to CVS Health standards, codes and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Lead full lifecycle of construction projects from planning to closeout.
• Develop and maintain schedules, budgets, and forecasts for successful delivery.
• Coordinate with Real Estate, Operations, Finance, Procurement and other partners to define scope and execution strategies.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, CVS Health standards, and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of construction projects, including planning, design coordination, budgeting, permitting, bidding, contract administration, construction oversight, reporting, and project closeout.
• Lead new construction, expansion, relocation, and remodel projects of varying scope and complexity.
• Develop project schedules, milestones, budgets, and forecasts to ensure successful project delivery.
• Conduct site visits, progress reviews, punch walks, and final inspections to ensure compliance with CVS Health standards and project requirements.
• Manage project risks and proactively resolve issues impacting budget, schedule, quality, or operational objectives.
