Job summary

BLHI's Project Superintendent leads day-to-day field construction activities, enforcing safety policies, directing crews and subcontractors, and ensuring work meets contract documents and quality standards.

You will schedule and sequence work, monitor progress, maintain QC/QA files, participate in progress meetings, and promote BLHI values across the workforce while coordinating with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience as a project superintendent with 15 years of total construction experience.
• Experience in construction management, commercial/hospitality, buildings and infrastructure.
• Experience managing project budgets, developing and maintaining schedules, and owner relationships.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be open to relocation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day supervision of field construction activities.
• Enforce safety policies and direct craft personnel and subcontractors.
• Schedule and sequence day-to-day work.
• Monitor progress to ensure contract scope and quality compliance.
• Proactively solve problems delaying construction.
• Maintain QC/QA files and update as-built drawings.
• Attend progress meetings.
