Job summary

BFL Construction is seeking a Superintendent to lead on-site construction operations for complex commercial projects. You will own daily field execution, safety, quality, and subcontractor performance from mobilization through project closeout.

The role requires strong leadership, scheduling acumen, and proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project, ensuring compliance with contract documents and project goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing full jobsite operations and directing field teams.
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, subcontractor scopes, and safety codes.
• Demonstrated leadership with accountability and influence.
• Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Office suite including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Own field execution from mobilization to closeout.
• Lead daily operations, staffing, logistics, and productivity.
• Manage subcontractors, budgets, and change orders to protect schedule and quality.
• Maintain rigorous safety program and inspections in line with OSHA standards.
• Prepare progress updates and coordinate with Project Manager.
