Job summary

BHS Construction is seeking a Project Superintendent to lead daily operations on assigned projects. You will supervise 1–20 field personnel, coordinate with the Project Manager, estimators, and subcontractors, and ensure that work complies with plans and schedules.

Responsible for planning, reporting, and safety, you will maintain quality standards and drive on-site efficiency while supporting owners, architects, and inspectors throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage one to twenty hourly field employees and oversee day-to-day operations.
• Review Value Engineering ideas and identify issues, contingencies, and solutions.
• Verify rough-in locations and provide field reports to the Project Manager.
• Plan, supervise, and coordinate construction phases with subcontractors and owners.
• Maintain safety and enforce company policies and regulations.
