Job summary

BL Harbert International is seeking a Project Superintendent to lead daily field operations on a construction site in Texas. You will supervise craft workers and subcontractors, enforce safety policies, and ensure work meets contract scope and quality standards with tight coordination of schedules and resources.

Responsibilities include maintaining documentation, updating progress, and participating in project meetings to solve issues and keep the project on track.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience as project superintendent or similar role.
• 15 years total construction experience.
• Willingness to relocate.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules and owner relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day field supervision and safety compliance on site.
• Direct craft personnel and subcontractors; sequence and schedule work.
• Review contract documents to ensure scope and quality compliance.
• Maintain project records, QC/QA files, and as-built drawings.
• Attend progress meetings and communicate issues to stakeholders.
