Job summary

41 North Contractors, L.L.C. seeks a Project Superintendent III to supervise construction sites, lead field teams, and ensure safety and quality on every phase of the project.

The role partners with the Project Manager to drive timely, high-quality completions while managing subcontracts and site logistics. Responsibilities include reviewing drawings, coordinating with subs, maintaining documentation in Procore, and delivering weekly progress reports.

Qualifications

• Experience leading on-site construction teams.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication with clients, architects, and subs.
• Proactive problem solving and decision making on site.
• Familiarity with scheduling and progress reporting.

Responsibilities

• Review working drawings with PM for buildability and conflicts.
• Lead on-site coordination/foreman meetings and document outcomes.
• Maintain Procore daily records: journals, photos, RFIs, minutes.
• Oversee subcontracts, safety, and quality control on-site.
• Prepare weekly forecasts and owner updates; ensure schedule adherence.
