Job summary

The Christman Company is seeking a Project Superintendent for the Southeast Michigan region. You will lead field operations, coordinate trade contractors, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule commitments are met on site.

You will review design documents for constructability, develop site logistics, and manage daily progress reports while coordinating with project management and clients to keep the project on track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of commercial construction experience in a leadership role as a Foreman or Superintendent.
• Strong; ability to write and communicate clearly to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Represent Christman on site daily, setting expectations and maintaining commitments.
• Review docs for constructability and site logistics to optimize performance.
• Develop and communicate site safety programs addressing project hazards.
