Job summary

Kokosing Industrial, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to oversee large industrial projects, traditionally water and wastewater/industrial facilities, with a focus on safety, schedule, and budget adherence.

You will lead engineers, superintendents, and foremen, coordinating with clients and subcontractors to achieve project goals. The role requires strong CPM scheduling, financial oversight, and mentoring of team members, with opportunity for advancement within a respected

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management; PE credentialing is not required but a strong plus.
• 7+ years of construction, design, finance and management experience.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and maintain liaison with prime client to facilitate construction activities.
• Establish project objectives, policies and performance standards.
• Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure work progresses on schedule and within budget.
• Monitor and control construction through on-site leadership to meet safety, schedule and budget goals.
• Manage project profit or loss and provide regular reports to management and client.
