Job summary

Kokosing, Inc. is seeking a seasoned construction project leader to plan, direct, and coordinate activities for large industrial projects including water/wastewater plants and data centers.

You will oversee project engineers, superintendents, and foremen to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery, while maintaining client liaison and adherence to safety standards. The role requires a civil engineering or construction management background with 7+ years in construction, strong leadership, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• PE credentialing is not required but is a strong plus.
• 7+ years' experience/knowledge of construction, design, finance, and management required.
• Open to other large construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and maintain liaison with prime client to facilitate construction activities.
• Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within corporate policy.
• Confers with project staff to outline work plan, assign duties/responsibilities and authority.
• Directs and coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure work progresses on schedule and within budget.
• Review status reports from project personnel and modifies schedules/plans as needed.
• Prepare project reports for management, client, or others.
