Qualifications

• Experience as a Construction Project Manager.
• Strong communication and decision-making skills.
• Hands-on knowledge of construction procedures and project management principles.
• Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction software.

Responsibilities

• Review issues timely and develop proactive solutions.
• Frequent/daily visits to project job site.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, subcontractors, vendors to meet project needs.
• Develop scopes of work for subcontracts.
• Negotiate contracts with external vendors for profitable agreements.
• Determine required resources from start to finish with budget awareness.
• Plan all construction operations and schedule phases to meet deadlines.
• Lead the project team through collaboration and leadership.
• Hire subcontractors/vendors and allocate responsibilities.
• Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards.
• Process monthly requisitions.
