The Kulka Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and supervise construction projects from start to finish, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery. You will coordinate diverse teams and manage procurement, contracts, and progress reporting on-site.

Qualifications

• Experience leading construction projects from start to finish.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

• Proven track record in budget control and scheduling.
• Familiarity with construction practices and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Review issues timely and develop proactive solutions
• Own the paperwork portion of the project
• Frequent/daily visits to project job site
• Collaborate with Engineers, Architects, Subcontractors, Vendors, etc.
• Develop scopes of work for subcontract procurement
• Negotiate contracts with external vendors
• Determine required resources with budget focus
• Plan construction operations and schedule phases
• Lead the Project Team through collaboration and leadership
• Hire Subcontractors/Vendors and allocate responsibilities
• Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports
• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards
• Monthly requisition processing
