Job summary

Faulconer is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects from kickoff to completion. You will ensure safety, schedule, and budget adherence while coordinating with Owners, GCs, subcontractors, and internal teams.

The role emphasizes strong planning, goal setting, and adherence to contract requirements, with a focus on timely communications to leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in a construction environment.
• Familiarity with safety in construction.
• Ability to learn and apply new technologies.
• Strong task prioritization and organizational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Participate in scope reviews and handoff meetings.
• Partner with Operations and Estimating to finalize contract scope.
• Ensure contract requirements are met by project and subs.
• Coordinate with accounting to provide Bond and COI as required.
• Conduct project meetings per internal processes (kickoff, pre-construction, reviews, post-project).
• Set up cost codes and prepare budget for download.
• Issue purchase orders and prepare subcontracts.
• Procure and submit all submittals and RFIs.
• Produce and maintain project schedule with updates.
• Manage payment applications and process invoices.
• Maintain accurate project documentation.
• Forecast remaining costs and flag budget changes.
• Submit monthly reports and invoices to owner/GC.
• Price change orders with Estimating and ensure execution before extra work.
