Job summary

Westport Construction, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple construction projects and teams, ensuring completion on time and within budget according to company policies.

The role requires extensive PM experience, strong leadership, and close coordination with owners, consultants, and subcontractors. Responsibilities include contract review, scheduling, procurement, QA/QC, safety oversight, and regular reporting to the Project Executive.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of construction project management experience including 5 years in multi-family construction.
• OSHA 10-hour and CPR/First-Aid certifications.
• LEED credentials a plus.
• Valid CA driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall management of multiple construction projects by supervising Project Managers and project teams to ensure on-time, on-budget completion.
• Oversee project schedules, subcontractor buy-outs, and procurement to maximize profitability.
• Review contracts and ensure compliance with all terms and obligations between owners, contractor and consultants.
• Attend weekly project team meetings and OAC meetings.
• Ensure QA/QC, safety, daily reports, and final inspections are handled properly.
