Job summary

Kraus-Anderson is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and coordinate the Construction Management and General Contracting team. The role focuses on directing project staff, ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery, and maintaining strong client relations.

The position requires a four-year degree (Construction Management/Engineering preferred) and a minimum of 10 years' related experience, with travel 25–75% and a competitive compensation package including benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from four year college/university or equivalent.
• Minimum of 10 years related work experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office and knowledge of project management software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in proposal writing and review project proposals for time frame, funding, staffing and resources.
• Coordinate pre-construction services for projects.
• Provide leadership in business development and client relations.
• Review project activities, costs, operations and forecast data to measure progress toward goals.
• Assist Director of Operations with work assignments and scheduling to ensure timely completion and profitability.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and vendors to support growth.
• Coordinate with Marketing to promote KA capabilities and generate leads.
