Austin Commercial is seeking a Senior Project Manager for the North Texas Division to lead major commercial construction projects in Dallas, TX. This on-site role requires coordinating multi‑discipline teams, managing budgets and schedules, and ensuring safety and quality across the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in commercial construction project management, a BS in construction management or related field, OSHA 30, and strong proficiency with project management software.

Qualifications

• BS in construction management/science, engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Industry Outreach Training (may obtain within first year).
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship not offered.

Responsabilités

• Oversees a major construction project by planning, scheduling and coordinating all phases.
• Manages a large project staff across multiple employee-owners; roles split between PMs and superintendents.
• Prepares monthly pay requests and ensures timely payments to subcontractors and vendors.
• Ensures compliance with contract terms, drawings and specifications; maintains quality standards.
• Develops and updates the master construction schedule with Scheduling department.
