BROTHERS Pro-Pave LLC is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead paving and related construction projects from bid through closeout. The role emphasizes client communication, accurate estimates, and strong organizational skills to deliver profitable results.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in construction project management, experience in civil/site work, and the ability to read plans and contracts. Travel to project sites is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of construction project-management experience.
• Estimating experience preferred.
• Experience in civil construction, site development, utilities, excavation, or paving is valuable.
• Ability to read plans, specifications, contracts, and construction details.
• Willingness to travel regionally and manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple construction projects from award through completion, billing, and closeout.
• Turn proposals and contracts into clear execution plans, schedules, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate customers, field teams, subcontractors, suppliers, equipment, and site access.
• Maintain consistent customer communication and resolve field issues quickly and professionally.
• Monitor costs, production, schedules, and profitability while addressing risks.
• Identify scope changes, prepare pricing, and obtain approval before additional work begins.
• Visit projects to review safety, quality, progress, and compliance with the contracted scope.
• Compare estimated and actual performance to improve future planning and pricing.
