Job summary

BROTHERS Pro-Pave LLC in Indiana is seeking an Estimator/Project Manager to lead cost estimations for asphalt and concrete projects and prepare competitive bids. You will gather project data, analyze plans, and prepare detailed cost reports to guide bidding and execution.

You will manage projects from bid through closeout, coordinate with customers and subcontractors, monitor budgets and schedules, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Must be able to work within multiple computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Estimate costs for asphalt and concrete projects and prepare bids.
• Collect project data and analyze plans to determine requirements.
• Prepare detailed reports with breakdowns of project costs for bids and execution.
• Manage projects from bidding phase through project closeout and billing.
• Coordinate with customers and subcontractors to schedule work and manage change orders.
