Job summary

BROTHERS Pro-Pave LLC is seeking an experienced Asphalt Foreman in the United States to supervise daily paving crew activities and ensure safety and quality. The role requires hands-on leadership, coordination of crew tasks, and effective communication with project managers and subcontractors.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of asphalt paving experience, can read plans, and is available for extended hours and travel as needed. CDL preferred and commitment to quality workmanship is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of asphalt paving experience.
• Ability to read and interpret job plans, grades, and specifications.
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
• Able to work extended hours, weekends, and varying weather conditions.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license; CDL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct all aspects of day-to-day paving crew operations.
• Lead site setup, traffic control coordination, and crew safety briefings.
• Ensure proper execution of work according to job specifications, blueprints, and quality standards.
• Coordinate crew tasks, assign labor roles, and oversee asphalt placement and compaction.
• Monitor project timelines and adjust as needed to meet schedules.
• Operate and/or oversee use of paving equipment such as pavers, rollers, and compactors.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, inspectors, truck drivers, and subcontractors.
• Maintain accurate daily logs, crew timecards, and production reports.
• Identify and resolve issues or conflicts on site promptly.
• Uphold safety policies and ensure PPE and procedures are followed by all crew members.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
