BROTHERS Pro-Pave LLC in Indiana is seeking an Estimator/Project Manager to lead cost estimation for asphalt and concrete projects, prepare bids, and manage projects from bidding through closeout. The ideal candidate will analyze plans, gather data for billing, deliver detailed cost reports, and coordinate with customers and subcontractors while maintaining schedule and budget.

Experience in road construction or paving is preferred; strong communication, multitasking, and ability to work across

Qualifications

• Experience in road construction, paving, or concrete is preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Must be able to work within multiple computer systems.
• An Associate's Degree or higher is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Estimate costs for asphalt and concrete projects and bids.
• Analyze project plans to determine product requirements.
• Gather contact and contract data for billing and contracts.
• Provide detailed cost reports with breakdowns of project costs.
• Meet with customers within 24 hours of receiving leads.
• Communicate with customers in a professional manner.
• Identify and pursue potential sales leads and opportunities.
• Manage projects from bidding through closeout and billing.
• Prepare and submit bids.
• Generate quotes for various projects, including for property management, HOAs, and commercial/retail managers.
