Job summary

Adolfson & Peterson Construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager in the United States. You will manage complex projects, oversee safety, budgets and schedules, and coordinate with the Superintendent, owners, and architects to deliver on time and within budget.

Responsibilities include leading weekly progress meetings, reviewing drawings and change orders, and ensuring the project logs and submittals are current. Competitive compensation and benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field.
• 8+ years leading construction projects with large contract values.
• Proficiency with scheduling, cost control, and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams to ensure safety, timely and quality results.
• Review shop drawings, RFIs and ASIs for coordination and changes.
• Prepare and update the detailed construction schedule with the Superintendent.
• Lead project estimate reviews, startup, interim and closeout meetings.
• Manage close-out procedures with owner and architect; maintain logs.
• Monitor budgets, costs, and cash flows; ensure profitability.
