Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management or similar role.
• Proven track record managing large-scale commercial or residential construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes.
• Proficient in project management software (MS Project, Procore).
• PMP or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning: Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Budget Management: Oversee project budgets and financial tracking for cost-effectiveness.
• Team Leadership: Lead construction teams, subcontractors, vendors, and internal personnel.
• Stakeholder Communication: Be the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and regulators.
• Quality Control: Ensure work meets industry standards and safety protocols.
• Risk Management: Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to prevent delays or overruns.
• Permitting and Compliance: Oversee permitting and regulatory approvals.
• Schedule Management: Monitor schedules and adjust plans to meet deadlines.
• Reporting: Prepare regular project reports with budget updates and progress assessments.
