Job summary

Charlie Mike Recruiting partners with an industry-leading construction company to hire a Construction Project Manager responsible for overseeing all phases of commercial and residential projects from planning to completion.

The ideal candidate will manage timelines, budgets, resources, and coordinate with subcontractors and stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management or a similar role.
• PMP or similar project management certification (preferred).
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore).

Responsibilities

• Project Planning: Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines and milestones.
• Budget Management: Oversee budgets and track costs.
• Team Leadership: Lead subcontractors, vendors, and internal personnel.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as primary contact for clients, architects, engineers, and regulators.
• Quality Control: Ensure work meets industry standards and safety protocols.
• Risk Management: Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Permitting and Compliance: Oversee permitting and approvals.
• Schedule Management: Monitor schedules and adjust plans.
• Reporting: Prepare regular project reports.
