Job summary

Charlie Mike Recruiting partners with a leading construction firm to hire a Construction Project Manager responsible for overseeing projects from planning to completion. You will manage timelines, budgets, resources, and coordinate with subcontractors and stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of construction PM experience, strong leadership, and a track record in large-scale commercial or residential builds.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 5+ years of construction project management experience.
• Proven track record on large-scale projects.
• Knowledge of safety standards and building codes.
• Proficiency with PM software (MS Project/Procore).

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project plans with timelines and milestones.
• Oversee budgets and ensure cost-effective resource use.
• Lead construction teams and coordinate subcontractors and vendors.
• Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and regulators.
• Ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Oversee permitting and regulatory approvals.
• Monitor schedules and adjust plans as needed.
• Prepare regular project reports and reviews.
