Job summary

Charlie Mike Recruiting partners with a leading Construction Company to hire a Construction Project Manager who will oversee projects from planning to completion, manage timelines, budgets, resources, and coordinate with subcontractors and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of construction PM experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Project or Procore; PMP certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management or a similar role.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale commercial or residential construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore).
• PMP or similar project management certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Project Planning: Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines and resources.
• Budget Management: Oversee project budgets and financial tracking.
• Team Leadership: Lead construction teams, subcontractors, vendors, and internal personnel.
• Stakeholder Communication: Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and regulators.
• Quality Control: Ensure work meets safety standards and client expectations.
• Risk Management: Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Permitting and Compliance: Oversee permitting and regulatory approvals.
• Schedule Management: Monitor timelines and adjust plans as needed.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit regular progress and budget reports.
