Job summary

Charlie Mike Recruiting partners with a leading construction company to hire a Construction Project Manager responsible for overseeing projects from planning through completion, coordinating with subcontractors and stakeholders to keep on time, within scope, and on budget.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s in CM or civil eng, 5+ years of PM experience on commercial or residential builds, strong leadership and communication, and proficiency with MS Project or Procore, with PMP preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• At least 5 years of construction PM experience on large projects.
• Proven track record managing commercial or residential builds.
• Knowledge of safety standards and building codes; PMP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project plans with timelines and milestones.
• Oversee budgets and track financial performance.
• Lead construction teams, subcontractors, vendors, and staff.
• Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and regulators.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with standards.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Manage permitting and regulatory approvals.
• Monitor schedules and adjust plans as needed.
• Prepare regular project reports and reviews.
