Job summary

Charlie Mike Recruiting partners with a leading construction company to seek a Construction Project Manager who will oversee projects from planning to completion. The role requires strong leadership, organizational and communication skills to manage timelines, budgets, resources, and subcontractors.

You will coordinate with clients, architects, and engineers, ensure safety standards, and deliver projects on time and within scope. Proficiency in MS Project/Procore and PMP certification are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
• PMP or similar project management certification preferred.
• Proven track record managing large-scale construction projects.
• Proficient in project management software (MS Project, Procore).

Responsibilities

• Project Planning: Develop and manage detailed project plans with timelines and resources.
• Budget Management: Oversee budgets and track costs.
• Team Leadership: Lead construction teams including subcontractors and vendors.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as main contact for clients, architects, engineers, and regulators.
• Reporting: Prepare regular project reports with budget and progress updates.
