Job summary

JE Dunn is seeking a Project Manager 2 to provide direction and leadership on moderately complex construction projects. You will implement operations, manage schedules and budgets, and coordinate multiple stakeholders to deliver projects safely and on time.

The role requires strong communication, risk management, and proficiency with project management tools. Travel and nontraditional hours may be required to meet project needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 7+ years construction management experience or related background.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of moderately complex projects.
• Develop and manage project schedule and budget.
• Coordinate stakeholders including subcontractors, owner, design team, and vendors.
• Prepare change requests and manage submittals and approvals.
• Ensure safety culture and project documentation discipline.
