Job summary

WES Construction Corp. seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of complex construction initiatives in the United States. You will manage multiple projects, coordinate with crews, and drive on-time delivery.

Ideal candidates bring a decade of construction management experience, strong leadership, and proficiency with CM software. You will mentor junior staff and ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and budget requirements.

Qualifications

• Background in building and/or site construction work.
• 10+ years of experience in construction management or related fields.
• Strong leadership, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with construction management software.
• Ability to visualize project outcomes and phase work accordingly.
• Detail-oriented and deadline-driven mindset.
• Experience in Water / Wastewater Treatment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Managing all aspects of construction projects from pre-construction planning to project close-out for 2-3 projects simultaneously.
• Developing project schedules, budgets, and schedules of values.
• Sourcing and negotiating with subcontractors and vendors.
• Collaborating with superintendents to allocate resources effectively.
• Leading pre-construction and project close-out activities.
• Mentoring Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers.
