Job summary

The Wieland Corporation is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex construction programs in a fast-paced environment. The role involves directing project teams, coordinating with clients, architects, and trades, and ensuring successful delivery on schedule and budget with strong stakeholder management.

You will mentor staff, report to Project Director/Regional Director, and travel as projects demand. Procore experience is preferred and extensive construction knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• 10 years of construction management experience.
• Procore experience, preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects with strategic planning and stakeholder management.
• Coordinate with Owners, Architects, and subcontractors to manage risks and budgets.
• Monitor project health and enforce company SOPs.
• Ensure subcontract agreements and insurance are in place before onsite work.
